They vary. Sometimes it looks like a traditional therapy session. Sometimes they involve a walk. For some people work can only happen with homework assignments and regular check-ins. For others, it might mean getting into nature. I bring my tools to my clients, not the other way around. I will meet you where you are. They vary.

What should I expect in our initial meeting?
To be listened to. To maybe be asked some hard questions. Our first session will last 50 minutes. Please have the intake form filled out 24 hours before the session.

A note on substance use
I’ve worked with individuals in all places in their substance use; from people who’ve had their lives torn apart by their substance use to those who use sacred plants for spiritual insight. I’ve worked within 12-step, harm reduction, and psycho-spiritual models to help clients establish healthy relationships with drugs and alcohol. I bring both honesty and a lack of judgment to the table.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance.
